FIRE SAFETY AUDIT

Fire Safety Audit | A Risk-Based Independent Fire Safety Audit that takes care of the fire-related issues and hazards in a plant, warehouse, facility or building. Very specific subject matter experts (SME) with education, knowledge and experience in the field of fire & life safety and the relevant industry sector are used to conduct these audits.

As per record of Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, around 20,000 people die every year due to fire incident only. Fire in any occupancy has potential to cause severe damages to both life and property. 

Fire Safety audit is an effective tool for assessing fire safety status in industries, laboratories, office, hotel, malls, hospitals, schools etc. The audit helps to identify the areas for improvement in fire safety measures in fire prevention, protection and mitigation system in case of fire. The audit provides an action plan which is a useful for fire prevention and mitigation and emergency preparedness.

• Review of documents, records, tests
• Report with observations, findings and recommendations
• Periodic check of fire fighting systems

AUDIT REPORT

At the end of field study, a Fire Safety Audit report will be provided on the findings of the study and recommendations for next course of action. The recommendations suggested for risk improvement would be categorized as Category A, B and C.
